HOUSE RULES

Unless otherwise agreed with the owner, the following house rules apply.

​

The tourist tax is €3 per person, per night and is payable by the guest. It must be paid on arrival or left in the apartment on the day of departure.

​

No refunds or discounts are provided for unused days due to late arrival or early departure.

 

The guest is responsible for the keys provided by the management.

 

In the event of lost keys, the guest will be charged a fixed fee of €30.00 for the replacement of the lock cylinder and new keys.

 

The apartment is available to guests from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

 

The apartment is rented for the number of guests declared at the time of booking.

 

It is not permitted to accommodate unregistered or unidentified persons.

 

The owner reserves the right to request a €100.00 security deposit.

 

The deposit will be returned to the guest upon departure, after the apartment has been inspected.

 

Guests are required to keep the apartment tidy and to leave it in good order.

The kitchenette, kitchen utensils and dishes must be cleaned by the guest and returned to their appropriate cupboards.

 

Any theft, damage or breakage caused during the stay to furniture, furnishings, equipment, kitchenware, linen or any other property will be charged to the guest, who will be responsible for the cost of replacement or repair.

The management accepts no responsibility for the theft or loss of guests’ personal belongings during their stay, either inside the apartment or in common areas.

​

Furniture must not be moved within the apartment.

​

Please respect quiet hours and avoid disturbing other guests or residents during the following times:

 

1:30 PM – 4:30 PM
10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

The management reserves the right to inspect the apartments at any time.
